  • This course is beginner friendly, but also suitable for more advanced practitioners. It’s designed for everyone except for the absolute beginner.

    I’d recommend that you have a base line level of fitness, that you are comfortable performing a cartwheel and that you can bear your full body weight on your arms.

  • The course load will last you a minimum of 8 weeks, but can be extended past that. This depends on how you like to work.

  • Much depends on your time. A session can be compressed to 40 minutes or expanded to last a whole afternoon. The beauty in this format lies in its ability to go at your own pace.

  • No. A body. A room. That’s it.

    The space can in-fact be ever changing, and it is even encouraged to bring your practice to different settings. Outside, indoors, in your living room, on a rooftop, small and big spaces, are all possible.
